지식 정보와 시대에 기술 발달로 인해 외국어 전공자들이 많은 도전을 받았다. 고등교육 외국어 교육할 때 탄탄한 언어적 능력을 기르면서 문화적 요소도 동반되는 융합 교육을 실시해야 한다. 이 논문은 단순한 한국어 문화교육의 필요성과 방법을 모색하는 단계를 지나 언어교육 경쟁력을 높이는 일과 언어문화교육 학습자들이 학습요구를 파악한다. 동시에 학습요구가 고등교육 핵심역량의 중요한 측정도구인 학습성과외의 관계를 분석하고, 학습자들이 외국어 공부하는 학습동기도 고려하여 한국어 문화교육의 학습성과를 높이는 방법을 모색하려고 한다. 635명 학습자들에게 설문을 통해 힌국어 문화교육 학습요구는 학습동기를 거쳐 학습성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친 다는 검정결과를 도출했다. 그리고 분석 결과를 바탕으로 외국어교육이 앞으로 나아갈 방향을 제시하면서 한국 정부에 해외 한국어 교육정책에 대한 개선방안을 제언했다.

In the knowledge and High-tech information age, with the development of technology, foreign language majors have been challenged. When carrying out foreign language education in higher education, we should not only cultivate solid language ability, but also implement the integrated education of combining language and cultural elements. This paper not only explores the necessity methods of Korean cultural education, but also strives to improve the competitiveness of language education and grasp the learning needs of language and cultural education learners.
At the same time, it analyzes the relationship between learning needs as well as learning outcomes. Also, considers learners" motivation to learn foreign languages, and explores ways to improve the learning outcomes of Korean cultural education. Through a questionnaire survey of 635 learners, it is concluded that Korean cultural education requires a “positive (+)” impact on learning outcomes through learning motivation. Based on the results of the analysis, this paper puts forward the direction of foreign language education, and given improvement plan of overseas Korean language education policy to the Korean government.
