연구는 국가유산청(舊 문화재청)을 대상으로 국민이 인식하고 있는 정부조직의 이미지를 긍정적으로 제고시키고, 우수 인재를 유인할 방안이 무엇인지 탐색하기 위해 진행하였다. 이를 위해 조직이미지의 영향요인이 전반적 이미지뿐만 아니라 입사의향에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 분석에는 설문지 배포·수집을 통한 집단 간 평균차이 분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다.
분석 결과, 집단 간 평균차이에서는 조직이미지 영향요인과 전반적 이미지, 입사의향에 있어 학력, 직업, 권역별로 세부 요인마다 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 회귀분석에서는 민주성을 제외한 개혁성, 효율성, 책임성이 전반적 이미지와 입사의향에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 결과를 토대로 향후 국가유산청이 조직이미지를 개선하고, 우수 인재를 유치하기 위해 개혁성, 효율성, 책임성에 초점을 맞춘 시사점 및 정책적 방안 등을 제시하였다.

The study was conducted targeting a government called the Korea Heritage Service(Cultural Heritage Administration) to positively enhance its image as perceived by the public and explore ways to attract excellent talent. To this end, we analyzed how the factors affecting the organizational image of the Korea Heritage Service affected not only the overall image but also the employment intention. In the analysis, intergroup average difference analysis and regression analysis were conducted through surveys.
As a result of the analysis, the intergroup average difference showed that there were differences in detailed factors by education level, occupation, and region in terms of factors influencing organizational image, overall image, and employment intention. And, Regression analysis showed that reformativeness, efficiency, and responsibility, excluding democracy, had a positive effect on overall image and employment intention.
Based on these results, the Korea Heritage Service presented implications and policy measures focusing on reformativeness, efficiency, and responsibility in order to improve its image and attract excellent talent.
